BRAITHWAITE WINS SUNSET SERIES RACE 3 IN PB
Masters runner Alec Braithwaite race to a new PB in the 5km at the Hamilton Runners Den Sunset Series Race #3. Alec finished first overall in a time of 15:42. This result age grades to a time of 14:57.

SMUGGLERS TRAIL RUN
Masters athlete, Alec Braithwaite, continued his stellar season on Sunday, July 6th in Long Point at the 1st Annual Smugglers Trail Run. Alec took first place overall in the 12km race in a time of 49:07. Alec finished 7:38 ahead of the second place finisher. BTFC executive member Connie De Vries, competing in the 6km race, was the 2nd overall woman and 15th overall.

His dedication and hard work leading up to this has paid off and the results are a testament to this. Masters athlete Alec Braithwaite had a dominating performance in his first race representing BTFC. On Monday, March 19th, Alec took 1st overall in the Victoria Day 5k held in Hamilton. Alec finished in an impressive time of 16:03.9, well ahead of the second place time of 18:21.1.
MTA athlete, Trinity Braithwaite, also making her BTFC debut, won her age group in a time of 30:23.09.
