The Brantford Track & Field Club is a non-profit club that offers Track and Field, as well as Cross Country training and competition that is suited to all levels of ability and experience. The Club provides excellent coaching to athletes who aspire to become better. The Club competes in numerous meets across the province and country. We are affiliated with the Ontario Track and Field Association (A.O), Minor Track Association (MTA) and Ontario Masters Athletics (OMA).
Throughout the years, the club has produced and supported athletes that have competed at World Championships and the Olympics. We have many outstanding athletes who currently hold provincial and national records.

Annual General Meeting
The BTFC Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 20th at 7:30 pm at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre - Pool Meeting Room. Hope to see all our BTFC families attend.
Indoor Season
Indoor season for existing registered MTA athletes will start on Monday, Dec 2 to Wednesday, December 18th. practices will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre.
Indoor Season for NEW MTA athletes will start on Monday, January 6th. Watch the website for the registration form.
AO athletes - continue to keep up to date on training dates and times with your coaches.

Power of Attorney - you may wonder what that is? If you agree to the Power of Attorney it makes attending AO track meets much easier with entry forms. See below.
Essentially, the Power of Attorney form is a complicated but important document that allows someone in your club (or a designate) to sign waivers on your behalf. This is a convenience that will relieve many administrators of the task of getting entry form waivers signed every time an athlete enters a meet.
For any AO athletes (grade 9 and higher) you will need to connect with the appropriate coach (sprint, distance/cross country, jumps or throws) to determine if they can accommodate additional athletes in their group. If you do not have the contact of that coach please email the club at [email protected] with your athletes name, age and discipline and we will connect you with the appropriate coach.
