- Before returning to sport all athletes must have completed the online Athletics Ontario Return to Training Attestation and Waiver through trackie. If you did not receive that link by email and are a current member please email us or contact your coach
- The club will follow all return to sport guidelines and any present and/or future mandates as outlined by Athletics Canada and Athletics Ontario (see links below)
- The club, coaches, athletes and spectators will adhere to all mandates set by the Federal, Provincial and Municipal Governments
- The club, coaches, athletes and spectators will adhere to all mandates set by the Brant County Health Unit
- Athlete attendance and screening will be taken at each session for and tracking purposes
- As per Government Health regulations, the following individuals should NOT attend practice or training venues:
• Any person who receives a diagnosis of COVID-19, those Individuals must comply with the current mandated self-isolation policy.
- If any persons begin to exhibit any COVID19 symptoms during training/practice they will be asked to leave immediately and follow the guidelines stated by the local health unit and in the return to sport documents before returning to any further practices/training.
- All participants should take appropriate measures to avoid infection from high touch surfaces or when physical distancing cannot be maintained.
- The club has initiated a COVID19 Club Safety Officer – Peggy Windle. Each coach will provide their athletes with her contact information. Alternately brantfordtfc@gmail.com can also be used for contacting her.
